1. What are your processing and shipping times?
Every order is handmade with love and ships within 2–4 business days.
Estimated delivery:
Canada: 3–7 business days
USA: 5–10 business days
A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

Yes! All products from Vintage Vision Crafts are 100% handmade — no mass production, just pure creativity and care.

Yes, absolutely! We love creating custom pieces that match your vision.

We accept all major credit/debit cards and PayPal. All transactions are secure.

5. What’s your return or refund policy?
We do not accept returns as each item is handmade, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo.
We’ll offer a replacement or store credit.
