Thank you for shopping with Vintage Vision Crafts. We take great care in preparing and packaging every handmade product to ensure it arrives safely. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Processing Time
• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
• During busy seasons, holidays, festivals, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
• If there is a significant delay, we will notify you as soon as possible.

• Canada
• United States
Estimated Delivery Times
Canada: 2–7 business days
United States: 4–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, customs processing, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, package size, and shipping method selected.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available), allowing you to monitor your package throughout its journey.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, GST, VAT, or other government fees depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
To process a damage claim, you must provide a clear, unedited video of the package being opened from the sealed condition. The video must clearly show the shipping label, the unopened package, the opening process, and the damaged item(s).
Claims submitted without an opening video may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Refund Requests
Any request for a refund or replacement due to an item arriving damaged or an incorrect item being sent must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your package and must meet the evidence requirements stated above. Requests received after 24 hours may not be accepted.
If the issue is caused by Vintage Vision Crafts — specifically, if the item arrives damaged or an incorrect item was sent — Vintage Vision Crafts will cover the applicable return or replacement shipping costs. For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, as explained in our Return & Refund Policy.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Vintage Vision Crafts is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
