Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Custom or personalized orders
Sale or clearance items
Items that have been used or damaged after delivery

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
You must provide a clear unboxing (box-opening) video and photos showing the damage or incorrect item.
Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to accept returns, replacements, or refunds.
If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund for the affected item.
