• Please review the product description, dimensions, materials, and care instructions before placing an order.

 

 

• Product prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) by default.

• Customers may use the available currency selector to view prices in another supported currency.

• Currency conversions are provided for convenience and may vary slightly from the final amount charged by your bank or payment provider.

• Prices may change without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

• Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be shown at checkout.

 

 

• Please review your order and customer information carefully before completing your purchase.

• After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation using the contact information provided at checkout.

• Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed.

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order because of suspected fraud, payment failure, incorrect pricing, product unavailability, delivery restrictions, or another reasonable business concern.

• If we cancel an order after receiving payment, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

 

 

• Customers may request cancellation within 1 hour of placing an order, provided order processing or preparation has not already begun.

• Once the 1-hour cancellation period has passed, or once processing or preparation has started, the order cannot be cancelled.

• Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

• Any payment-processing fees that are not returned to us by a third-party payment provider may be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law.

 

 

• Payments must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

• Orders will be processed only after payment has been successfully authorized.

• Vintage Vision Crafts does not directly store customers’ complete credit-card or debit-card information.

 

 

• We currently ship within Canada and to the United States.

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, package size, and shipping method selected.

• Processing times and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy.

• Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

• Vintage Vision Crafts is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, severe weather, labour disruptions, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

• Customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, or government fees.

 

 

• Customers must contact us within 24 hours of the recorded delivery time if an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete.

• Customers must provide their order number and a clear, continuous, and unedited package-opening video.

• The video must begin before the sealed package is opened and continue until the product and reported problem are clearly visible.

• Claims submitted after 24 hours or without the required package-opening video may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

• Returns, replacements, and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

• We do not generally accept returns for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or natural variations in handmade products.

• Customized or personalized products are not returnable unless they arrive damaged, incorrect, or incomplete.

• Customers must contact us before returning an item.

• Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

 

 

• Customers are responsible for following all product-care, handling, installation, and safety instructions provided.

• Vintage Vision Crafts is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, incorrect installation, unsuitable storage, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

• Decorative products are not toys and should be kept away from children when they contain small, sharp, fragile, or detachable parts.

 

 

All website content, including our business name, logo, photographs, written content, graphics, artwork, product descriptions, and original designs, belongs to Vintage Vision Crafts or is used with permission.
